Review: Looks ok, not top-quality though but acceptable for the price. The white part looks for example a little cheap plastic but it’s okay as it may have been manufactured that way for the light to pass through it.The first keyboard received was defective as the backspace key and the tab key did not work on every click. The replacement keyboard is working ok till now. It has a key to turn the keyboard light on and off.

The keyboard arrived promptly, but as soon as I plugged it in, it didn’t work. I tried troubleshooting-checking the cables, reconnecting, testing on multiple devices-but nothing seemed to make it function.Naturally, I reached out to Amazon’s customer service, hoping to either replace the faulty product or obtain a refund and there is not option to replace or return the product. This left me in a terrible position, with a product I can’t use and no recourse to obtain my money back.I understand that sometimes products don’t work as expected, but the lack of support and flexibility in this situation is very disappointing. I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer for years, but this experience has manufactured me reconsider purchasing electronics in the future.In short, I would not recommend this keyboard and mouse to anyone, especially given the lack of support when things go wrong. Review: Box looks for example it was air dropped it from Iraq or something, you can see the picture yourself.Keyboard seems alright, the mouse is also lightscams are increasing which is not really surprising since we’re a low trust society.Edit: backspace key is finicky, mouse is not usable for games since the sensor spins out if you swipe it fast so , Honestly save some more and obtain something better or just something from a reputable brand can’t return and only replace so not going to bother since I don’t think that’s going to help at all.
