Review: Absolutely disappointed with this product. I bought this wireless keyboard and mouse combo, and the mouse doesn’t work at all right out of the box. Tried everything - batteries, USB ports, even another system - nothing helped.To make it worse, the replace option is not working, and there’s zero help from support. What kind of service is this? Selling defective products and then giving no way to return or replace them? Total waste of money. Avoid this product unless you want frustration for free.

I bought the ANT WK200 Nano Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo from Amazon on March 23, 2025, and the mouse has already stopped working - barely a few weeks in!I trusted Amazon and the seller (CLICKTECH RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED) to deliver a working product, not a cheap piece of junk that breaks down this fast. I’ve tried everything - changing batteries, replugging the receiver, troubleshooting - but the mouse is 100% non-functional.This is a orderly case of poor quality control and I feel cheated. I’ve attached a video proving the issue. I demand a replacement immediately, or I’ll escalate this further.Arrange this out, Amazon. This is not the service or product quality I expect.
