clean dial, reliable Titan quality, strap takes time to break inThe black dial with silver case looks understated and works well for both office and casual wear. The dial is clean and readable without being cluttered. Build quality is solid for the price and the watch has the Titan reliability you would expect. The strap is the one area that falls short. It felt stiff initially and took about 2 weeks of regular wear to soften to a comfortable level. Once it settles in it is a comfortable daily wearer. Good classic watch overall.

Defective Watch and No Warranty AssistanceI ordered this watch, but it runs about 10 minutes behind the correct time. It also stops working intermittently. We even replaced the battery, but the issue still persists. Since the watch is still under the 1-year warranty, we applied for an e-warranty. However, neither Amazon nor Titan is helping us obtain the e-warranty or resolve the issue.
