Title: Versatile and Top quality: A Heavy Cast Iron Pan for Everyday Cooking
Review: ’ve been using the Home Essentials Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Double Side Pan for about a month now, and it’s proving to be a solid addition to my kitchen. The dual-sided design - grill on one side, flat tawa on the other - is really within reach. I mostly use the tawa side for dosas, and they come out evenly cooked with that authentic crispiness. The grill side is great for veggies among others mushrooms, paneer, or even sandwiches - it leaves nice sear marks and helps reduce oil use, which is a big combined with.The pan comes pre-seasoned, so it was ready to use straight out of the box, though I gave it a light oil coat before first use just to be robust. Heat distribution is excellent, as expected with cast iron, and the pan retains heat for a long time - improve for slow roasting or crisping up dishes. The non-stick aspect is decent but works best after a few uses and continued seasoning.The Bundled glass lid is a thoughtful touch, especially when steaming or controlling splatter. One downside: it’s quite heavy (again, expected with cast iron), so flipping it or handling it with one hand isn’t always easy.

Review: This is the best pre seasoned pan I have bought. The quality is good with heat retention and the food tastes so good. Very less oil is required during cooking and design is awesome. Best value product so far.

Review: Nice product. It’s very heavy. Size is good. It is very useful to make all kind of items. Quality is very nice. I among others the product. I used it to make paneer items. Vegetables soted. I recommend to purchase it. It’s a cast iron pan.
