Useless and don’t waste moneyUseless and waste of money , i have used this ting for five months now , first three months were fine but fourth month onward it doesn’t pair, its battery life has gone bad it discharges in about an hour and i regret making this purchase . Don’t buy this ring, instead save some more and buy the right product . Support is over WA but it is useless as you don’t get any support apart from pair it while charging or shut down and restart, reload the app etc etc . Thoroughly disappointed and unhappy.

Good product, Good Customer ServiceI bought the Gabit smart ring in March 2025, it worked wonderfully, and then 6 months later, at the beginning of August, the ring disconnected, and I can’t connect it to Bluetooth at all, a real waste considering the price of this gadget! And I can’t reach customer service for a complaint I had a problem with my ring, it does not connect to Bluetooth, and the application did not update, so I gave 2 stars for this product. Indeed, I spoke with customer service, their team was attentive, I was assisted on WhatsApp, I was finally able to resolve the product and everything is restored now, the ring works well. Thanks to the Gabit team
