Review: Why did you pick this product vs others?:Really good machine, works silently with minimal vibrations, Excellent quality of washing. Would be appreciated if dedicated steam cycle were provided. I don’t know how steam cycle is performed since service person has not explained everything as expected. Overall good experience with machine except casual behaviour of delivery agent because he had updated the status of delivery as delivered already without providing the machine. I need to take follow up with customer care who helped very politely and resolved the query.
