The technician came the same day and charged a standard fee of 400 INR. Very smooth service.Old review: The stove doesn’t work. It looks nice and sleek, but the gas doesn’t ignite. There seems to be a product defect, and the customer support number is unreachable. I was looking forward to a good product based on the reviews but am very disappointedÂ

Review: I have been using this product for 1.5yrs now. Purchased this in nov 2023. The first unit sent had manufacturing defect but the replacement was fine.The glass is tough, burners are well spaced, different sizes. Valves offer smooth flame control and the knobs are ergnomic. Cleaning is easy and wipes of spillage with minimal effort. The iron pan support is also solid which let us put the heavy or light cookware stable.Overall I got no problem at all with this.
