Review: Good machine. Noise level is decent. It is nearly same for all machines. I was confused due to the other reviews mentioned here. As per my observation, depends where you have kept the machine. If machine is kept in some open balcony, noise level might appear less but if you maintain it in bathroom, noise level appears more. This would be for any brand and model. Overall the machine is good and uses less water. Satifactory for 3 people on an average. Cleaning and drying is also good. Very much value for money.Service is not that good. We assembled the pipe and rat mesh ourselves. The service person came on next day and refused to attach the drain pipe to the drain hole in our bathroom and asked us to achieve it done from plumber. This could be improved as there is no point is assigning a service man if he does not do all the required connections for the machine.
